Art Therapy
Another form of expressive therapy is via the creation of arts and crafts. Children are able to effectively communicate feelings through drawing, building, pasting and the making of original projects. In addition, art therapy is proven to reduce anxiety as it requires ample concentration. Depending on the child’s level of understanding, this form of therapy can also be effective in identifying challenges and resolving conflicts. We pride ourselves on exposing our children to various forms of therapy, all of which result in different advantages.
